Class1TCFRecvHack won't help you with the log that you posted.  The 
appropriate setting, I think, would be Class1MsgRecvHackCmd.  However, 
if it's working then don't add this or the Class1TCVRecvHack because 
both of them are really "debugging" settings, for the most part.  There 
may be some cases where they are appropriate, but in general they're 
"hacks" used to try to troubleshoot timing problems.
