[hylafax-users] Unspecified Phase C error (rocketmodem ISA)

Hej

fax server configuration :
Optiplex GX100
PIII 400, RAM 64m, HD6GO
Linux Red hat 8
Hylafax 4.2.0
1 Comfort Rocketmodem ISA 4 ports
2 modems configured in Class2, mainly used to massivly
receive fax with a big charge some hours during a week
(in a newspaper)

Today, a first modem hang on an "Unspecified Phase C
error" :

appears to be wedged

some hours later, the second modem in same condition,
hand at his turn, tty0 on his side is always wedged :

 I've read an answer of Lee Howard about this kind of
error
(http://www.hylafax.org/archive/2003-06/msg00090.html)

Is this error uncorrigible for rocketmodem ISA ? Why
hylafax cannot restart the modem ?

For restart, I must shutdown the server then restart,
also, just whith a reboot, modem wedged again.
