When I:

sendfax -D -d 06214829399 fax00028.ps

all works fine but when I call:

sendfax -D -d 0496214829399 fax00028.ps

no fax was send. I become the following log (/var/spool/fax/log):

[26990]: SEND FAX: JOB 3 DEST 00496214829399 COMMID 00000136
[26990]: Try to connect to fax number 00496214829399 in Hylafax mode on
controller 1.
[26990]: Dial and starting transfer of TIFF-File docq/doc3.cover;30 with
normal resolution.
[26990]: Connection dropped with Reason 0x3303 (Protocol error layer 3).
[26990]: SESSION END

any idea?
