After AT+FTM=146 the modem is supposed to respond with ERROR, +FCERROR,
or CONNECT. "OK" isn't an expected response. However, we do know that
"OK" means that the modem has returned to command-mode, so it is no
longer trying to raise the transmission carrier.
Anyway, something is wrong with the modem here. What kind of modem is
this?
