YES.  No "web-based" home-based DSL/cable-modem router/"firewall" offers this
sort of flexible NAT technology.  Using Linux for these functions is superior
in all ways to using a these appliances.

I've never owned one of those appliances, they all seem anemic/broken/limited
in how they process packets.

A "dead" 486/Pentium with just 16MB of RAM machine with two $4 PCI NICs will
do the job.
