Notify script don't provide you the appropriated variable" for archive 
the fax, you need to analyze the qfile found into $QFILE variable with a 
script/program and copy the file into another location.

If you want to archive the received fax, you can put something like:
cp -a $FILE /where/you/want/$FILENAME into faxrecvq.

P.s.
I'm already write, but not published archipex 
(sf.net/projects/archipex), a group of scripts that interface hylafax 
with sidocre (sf.net/projects/sidocre).
Archipex do that you want, and many other ;-P like apply a filter for 
incoming and outgoing fax for put it into sidocre categories (supplier, 
customer, etc).
Please wait about 2-3 weeks ....
