[hylafax-users] Triplicate Faxes

I'm new to HylaFax and got it setup OK on my Gentoo box.  All I want to 
do is send faxes, Windows clients from my network will be submitting 
with winprinthylafax from sourceforge.  I can successfully submit faxes 
from the commandline with sendfax and with the M$ clients.  The issue is 
that each fax is sent three times.  Oops!  My modem is attached to 
/dev/ttyS0.

I have this in inittab
m0:2345:respawn:/usr/sbin/faxgetty ttyS0

I also used the faxaddmodem command and faxmodem command to setup 
FIFO.ttyS0 which is present.

When I Fax my log looks like this

I googled for the "No response to EOP" but was not able to find any 
luck, did I duplicate the device by using faxaddmodem and faxgetty?  I 
have it set to a Class 2.0, that's what modemprobe said, what is going 
wrong?  Why does it send three pages but never recognizes the send?  I 
can watch the three duplicates come in on my fax machine.
