same problem.

In short, Lee's answer was

You can apply the patch there to your 4.2.0 source and rebuild, get 
CVS-HEAD, get someone to do one of the above for you, or you can wait 
for 4.2.1.
"

So what you can do, if you're comfortable building from the source code 
(either .tar.gz + patch, or straight from CVS) is get the fix and 
install it.

If you're not comfortable with compiling, you'll have to wait for the 
next release (or I suppose downgrade to 4.1.8 if you're really stuck).
