[hylafax-users] Some tif files will not open

I am wondering what would cause this.  If this requires the log from the 
file I can send it but it is turns into a lot of hard to sort out data 
when I try to stick it in an email.  I have noticed the line "Error 
writing RECV accounting record, dest=faxnumber" in my 
/var/log/messages.  I do not know if this is a problem with the sender 
and the data is not getting through or if I can change the tolerance of 
the tif so that it will still be viewable.
