Version 4.2.0 + cvs20041001 (I see there are no apparent related changes in latest cvs) Linux rh6x Modem topic chipset.
This particular destination (couldn't get make/model) always fails with the above error, both xonxoff and hardware flow control.
Do you think this is modem related? If you send to that faxno with normal fax machine the fax goes throuigh.
