[hylafax-users] widht problem on received fax

I have hylafax on a mdk 10.0. It's all ok, but when I receive the fax 
from fax-machine that aren't another hylafax server, my file's length is 
1180 pixel and width's is 1728, so the image are crushed, short. faxinfo 
say me the the Page are "ISO A4". What can I do to have normal A4 fax? 
(length 1728 and width 2290)
