[hylafax-users] New section in the HOWTO: "Understanding Fax Technology"

Friends,

We seem to get frequent questions on this list regarding some fax 
technology basics.  Sometimes the questions come in simply because the 
poster doesn't understand the basics.  In an effort to help, and so 
that I can respond to these kinds of questions with a mere link, I have 
written section 3.6 of the HylaFAX HOWTO which is available at:

	http://www.hylafax.org/howto/using.html#ss3.6

It currently covers fax Classes and what they are, an overview of fax 
protocol, an overview of ECM protocol, an overview of V.34-Fax, and a 
brief on DID.

Please let me know if I got anything wrong or if there is something 
missing from it that you'd like to see.
