[hylafax-users] No such file or directory

Excuse me if this question is too simple, but I don't find a solution.
I deleted some days ago a file .tif in recvq directory. Now all faxes I 
receive are illegible!

Then I'm trying to deletes last faxes with faxrm but I receive this error:

550 /var/spool/hylafax/recvq/fax00091.tif: No such file or directory.

But this is not true: the file /var/spool/hylafax/recvq/fax00091.tif exist!

Can anybody tell me why?
