Hi All,

What can resolve these errors?

No, we can't. 3Com/USR could, but I don't think that they will. But you *can* switch to Class 1 and avoid a whole heap of problems. While you're at it you could do yourself a favor by upgrading to 4.2.0.

I have seen a great many posts about going to class 1, however I do not see any indication that I am using class 1 or 2.

You're using Class 2.0. The modem responses detail that clearly. To switch you re-run faxaddmodem.

I did not set these servers up, so I really don't know anything about them configuration wise.

I suggest that you learn (the HOWTO is a good place to start: http://www.hylafax.org/howto) or hire a consultant.
