[hylafax-users] problem with tiff

Hello,

when I recieve a fax hylafax sends me a mail like the attched one. It 
contains a link to the fax as tif. When I klick on it the fax opens but 
it is streched to wide and only half of the side.

Is the a way to either influent the proportion or to create a different 
format ps or pdf???
