[hylafax-users] AW: Problem beim senden von faxen!
Now i have more time so i will try it in English.
I have the following Problem with Hylafax.
Sometimes it happens that some faxes don?t go trough the line. This Problem
only exists sometims. 90% of the faxes get trough without problems.
I think its a Problem between Hylafax and the fax on the "other side". Like
inkompatible or something like that.
Hylafax says "No response to MPS or EOP repeated 3 tries".

Dann liegts wohl doch (auch) an der Gegenstelle, vermutlich kommt es
auf die Kombination von Sender und Empfänger an. Kannst du eine Liste
anlegen mit den Gegenstellen, bei denen es Probleme gibt? Dann erkennst
du vielleicht Gemeinsamkeiten zwischen diesen Gegenstellen, die auf die
Ursache des Problems schließen lassen.
Was unbedingt nötig ist, um dir da weiterhelfen zu können, ist ein Log
von einer fehlgeschlagenen Übertragung - glücklicherweise läuft dein
Modem in Class 1, da ist mit den Logs was anzufangen.
Mein Vorschlag: Poste nochmal eine kurze Fehlerbeschreibung auf
Englisch, zusammen mit so einem Log; dann wird sehr bald jemand was
dazu sagen. Ach ja, du hast noch nicht gesagt, was für ein Modem du
benutzt.
