We recommend Eicon (with open source HylaFAX if you like) or Brooktrout
(only with iFAX's HylaFAX EE) to our customers. We're not aware of any other
T1/E1 solutions that are nearly as reliable.

Inbound DID routing is extremely useful, but rarely inexpensive.
