Well, what kind of error or message he is getting? Do
you know? What returns when running faxstat? It's
possible using fax for user and uucp for group? In my
hosts.hfaxd the user.group is uucp.uucp. Once I,
inadvertidly, changed it and got in trouble. So, lack
of information doesn't help.
