[hylafax-users] Who is cleaning up my queues?

Title: Who is cleaning up my queues?

I installed HylaFAX 4.1.5 on Redhat Linux 8.

The contents of my HylaFAX queues seem to be getting cleaned up
periodically.

All send/pending/failed faxes and documents in the queues doneq, sendq and docq seem to disappear in a few hours after it is created. The archive area is always empty.

The man pages seem to indicate scheduling faxqclean/faxcron is the
only way to clean up these queues. I made sure i am not running it unknowingly by verifying all cron entries for various userids.

I need to be able to control when these queues gets cleaned up and
also archive the documents.

Can anyone help?
Thanks
.
