You can also accomplish this by setting Class2DCCQueryCmd.

Class2DCCQueryCmd: "!(0,1),(0-5),(0-2),(0-2),(0,1),(0,1),(0),(0-7)"

You'll need to compare this against your AT+FCC=? response, though, and only disable th 6th parameter from being 2 or 3.

I think that you're going to need to disable MMR on in the modem
config
file.  If I remember correctly the Digis have broken MMR in Class 2.0.
