It appears that the modem is waiting for another RING, doesn't get it, times 
out, and sets up the modem for the next call.  By this log, I don't see 
anything necessarily went wrong.  It looks like this caller hung up just 
after one RING, and "RingsBeforeAnswer" is more than one.   It didn't crash, 
and it wasn't disconnected because it was never connected.
