[hylafax-users] Notify setting

A bit of hyla.conf:

# Notify policy (for outgoing faxes).
# Default is to notify only in case of problems. Equivalent to 'sendfax'
# -D option.
#Notify: Done    # Notify even for succesfully sent jobs
Notify: failed    # Notify on failed jobs

After making a change to hyla.conf, what has to be restarted to get 
hylafax to reload the config file? I ask because my changes to the 
'Notify" command continue to have no effect. I've tried the default, 
which is to send mail always rather than just on filed jobs. I have no 
other config files (e.g., .hylarc). Thanks.
