[hylafax-users] CID problem

hello all!

i'm new here but have a serious problem.

i've installed a hylafax configuration.  sending and receiving fax are 
okay but i have problems with CID:

it seems that hylafax knows absolutely nothing about the caller id!!!

in etc/config.ttyS2 i've defined:

QualifyCID:             etc/cid
CIDNumber:              "NMBR = "
CIDName:                "NAME = "

i've checked etc/cid with tsitest and it's okay.

my modem (a class1 one) supports cid because when i start minicom ant 
give an at#cid=1 command i have a report after the first ring:

DATE = 1122
TIME = 1208
NMBR = XXXXXXXXXXX

where XXXXXXXXXXX is the calling number.  and interestingly in this case 
i hear a simple "click" from the modem but when faxgetty answers, i 
cannot hear it...

could anyone help me?
