There are numerous boards, like the Cyclades multiport cards...

But if what you're ultimately intending to do is connect them to faxmodems,
you might find the E1/T1 solutions to be better and more reliable.  There
are PRI solutions as well.  They smell very expensive, though.

Someone from ifax.com recently posted to the list here today in fact.
