No offence.. but are you absolutely 100% sure the modems are faulty?


I have used the 2834ZDX in the past without much of a problem. I think I used a slightly modified version of the default config for the MT1432. Actually, I'm still using a slightly modified version with my new MT5600ZDXe. The reason for the swap was that a customer needed a good modem FAST :(

I don't count how many faxes are failing but I think it's about 1 or 2%, which is about the same rate (or even less then) normal faxes are doing.

I'm glad to see Steve Tuckner from MT has joined this list.
