[hylafax-users] Problem sending faxes from other fax machines to hylafax server

Hi,

Hylafax is working absolutely fine. But some times the person who sends the fax from any other fax machine complains that the fax line is busy attimes while here in the hylafax server the phone line is free.

Another problem is the person sending the fax gets error messages that the fax is not being send and he keeps resending it while I am able to get all the faxes that are sent.

 

Did any one have this kind of problem. If so how did u resolve it
