[hylafax-users] EFAX error: read value 11 from "11"

Hi everyone, I'm not sure if this is the righ place to ask this question, but anyway, I try :)

I'm starting to use EFAX as a centralized facility for sending faxes. Usually it works flawlessly. But some people reciving faxes tells us that, when they click on the "receive" button on their faxes (they share the same number with the telephone) the fax is not received. The EFAX log tells me this:

efax: 54:19 dialing T0,0XXXXXXXXXX
efax: 54:19 command  "DT0,0XXXXXXXX"
efax: 54:19 waiting 120.0 s
efax: 54:55 .132 [<CR><LF>+FHS:11<CR><LF>]
efax: 54:55 .262 [<CR><LF>OK<CR><LF>]
efax: 54:55 response "OK"
efax: 54:55 connected
efax: 54:55 read value 11 from "11"
efax: 54:55 Error: abnormal termination (code 11)
efax: 54:55 Error: Transmit Phase A & Miscellaneous Errors:
efax: 54:55 Error:   No Answer (T.30 T1 timeout)
efax: 54:55 failed -> /usr/sbin/faxserver/temp/8245.f03.ps.001

The same problem happens for at least 3 people with 3 different fax machine, but they all have to "click" on a button on their fax machine to receive the incoming fax, as they share the line with normal phone calls. I use a "U.S. Robotics 56K FAX EXT Rev. 11.15.19 U.S. Robotics 56K FAX
OK OK in class 2.0" (as Efax finds out).

Anyone found this problem? Is there a solution? Shall I just change the modem??

Thanks in advance,
