I solved the problem.
It was, as you said, a flow control problem.
I forced a software flow control and now everything is OK

Hi Carlo,
I haven't seen your trace, but this is almost always a flow control problem
on the modem. I had exactly the same problem. You will want to add one or
more of the following entries to your config.ttyS{x} file:
"ModemFlowControl", "ModemHardFlowCmd", "ModemSoftFlowCmd". If you are
using Class 1, you are encouraged to use software flow control since Class 1
does not officially support hardware flow control.

When I send faxes some line are missed or partailly overlapped.
I use Hylafax on Suse 8.0
Find attached the bad fax I receive.
As you can see lines 11 26 and 41 are omitted.
Besides page 2 is added containing the last line repeated.
What's wrong ?
