[hylafax-users] Change incoming fax's name varies for day??

Dear all,

 

    I am using Red Hat Linux 9.0 and Hylafax 4.1.6( in RPM). i am going change the name of the incoming fax in this format: date_serial.tif. For example, if today is 14-08-2003, then, the name of the first incoming fax will be automatically assigned a name as 14082003_001. One more example, if the fifth fax on 24-09-2003 will be given a name as 24092003_005. I think it will make the management of fax more flexible.

    I have found a line in /var/spool/hylafax/bin/faxrcvd:

 

"FILENAME=`echo $FILE | $SED -e 's/\.tif//' -e 's/recvq\///'`"

 

    Do you have any suggestion to change this line to make my idea stated above possible. I think this is not my own problem but the problem of some of you also. Thanks for help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
