Asked because I'm building a custom installer for our internal use (which
will pre-set custom server name, custom options, jobfmt, columns width);
installer won't touch/upgrade dll's if they are same or lesser version
unless you tell it to use timestamp instead; so right now I had to told it
to use timestamp to see if it needs to update dll; I think dll version would
be safer.
