As i remember correctly, you use a SuSE-hylafax-rpm. Where did you place 
FaxDispatch? On SuSE it should be in bin-dir (you can check this in 
faxrcvd), whereas hylafax standard is etc-dir (and described this way in 
the documentation).

If this does not result in success, post the FaxDispatch and the faxrcvd 
scripts.
