- at last -

Holger - you were great - thanks a lot.

Previously I had commented out some lines in the ps2fax.gs file
so that it would not fall over looking for the (then) non-existant
setup.cache.

Subsequently this missing file was created when I ran the faxsetup
application but of course I forgot about the disabling edits I made.

I copy in the deb package maintainer so that he might make this
clearer (or maybe it is already and I missed it) - if everyone needs this,
then perhaps it should be in the postinstall and run automatically.

BTW - I still have some image format issues but we made a lot of progress
so I will soldier along and hopefully the little things will fall into place.
