All past problems, but the "windows on top", are solved: offline seems ok
now, I get a working connector button when connection is lost and if pushed
when server is up again it gets me online.

I have new issues ...

1)
pressing the preview button causes a error message with:
CreateProcess()
"Filename, directory or volume syntax is incorrect"
c:\programmi\imaging\kodakprv.exe "c:\docume~1\go\impost~1\temp\~hfx6.tif"

However, the tif file actually exists, and if I do start->run and copy the
above command line I get the file opened in imaging.
Also, I can correctly view received faxes pressing the "binoculars" button;
in "system settings" I have: c:\programmi\imaging\kodakprv.exe "%s"

2)
I see a new problem that appeared between 1.1.4 and 1.1.5: if I have many
docs in the doneq, then the doneq will appear empty.
Right now I have a server with
$ faxstat -dl |wc -l
    326
$
And whfc until 1.1.4 will show the jobs in D windows, but 1.1.5 and 1.1.6
will show an empty D window.
Actually it seems 1.1.4 too misses some of them (10/11), but the great
majority is shown.
