So, you can connect, but cannot get data back.
This usually is a firewall problem, since HylaFAX will open an ftp style
connection back to you.
1) Check your client firewall or if a firewall exists between you and
HylaFAX
2) Try using latest WHFC beta which has a check box for "Use passive ftp"
that should work-around firewall problems.
