[hylafax-users] client-setup

hello users,
I am using RedHat 9.0. I have installed hylafax-4.1.6.i386.rpm.
I have run faxsetup and faxaddmodem successfully.
I am not able to setup hylafax client server access.

I have following queries:
1) how to add users
2) how to setup client access
3) how to permit the client to access the hylafax server using 
hosts.hfaxd
     I am unable to find file in the system.
Please suggest the steps. I have read the hylafax documentation 
still not able to
setup.
