your winbind is not setup - add the machine to whatever domain you are
authenticating to
and configure your samba properly

I'm receiving an error in my apache error log when I click the link from
smbfax:
smbfax-html.pl: Could not determine user's full name [] from just
'username'
Would anyone know why I'm getting that?
