We're developing new, open-source client for hylafax. Called cesanfax
(http://cesanfax.sf.net) (it's too new so no web page for now)
Mostly based on samba and planning to be cross-platform..
It'll be mostly web based (like inbox style fax views and other stuff.. )
but it includes a multi-language agent to do these user interaction (without
click-this-link mails).
Currently we're just planning for a send-only enviroment for first release
(v0.1) which should be released this weekend.

(if you want some idea check out CVS of project.. it's going well ;)

And can you list some features to be included in next releases for idea?
(ok, this won't be next week =) but we're really working hard on it)
