That is probably possible, but I have almost no windows development
knowledge ;)

We use the sambafax script (with a lot of in-house modification) which
checks the document for the string "Fax-Nr: 01234556789". If it finds
the number, it uses it and sends the fax, if not it prints it out for
someone to deal with manually (although it could just as easily then
feed into a webpage system like the one you are using). One of the nice
things about windows printing is that it doesn't seem to go to too much
trouble to optimise things, so you can put the Fax-Nr string into a word
document or something, colour it white so the recipient never sees it,
and the ps2ascii will still find it (we use this in reports generated
from various in-house applications that batch fax to lots of customers).
