[hylafax-users] HylaFax + Cypheus / Problem with WordXP SP#2

Hello,
I am using HylaFax and the newest Version of the Cypheus Client under
Windows XP. I use the ClearFax tiff printer driver to create the documents. It
works fine with most programs, but there is a major problem with word xp, which
always crashes immediately after attempting to print on the ClearFax printer
driver. Does anyone know anything about this problem?

I have tested it with WordXP SP#1, SP#2 under Windows XP Home & Professional
on several different computers always with the same result.

Sorry, if this is a little off-topic. I tried to get help via the address
provided at www.cypheus.com, but received no response, yet.
