The first solution that comes to my mind is to use HylaFAX typerules
and define a new entry that corresponds to an HTML file.  This
may not be possible unless the generated HTML conforms to a standard
file heading.

Consult the typerules manual page for details.

Utilities to convert HTML to PostScript (or PostScript via latex) can
be found by searching on freshmeat.net for html2ps and html2latex.

If typerules cannot work, then a perl or bash script using the above
utilities should do the job.
