[hylafax-users] Can't send e-mail attachment as fax

I had the hylafax 4.15 binary (rpm) install on redhat 8.0 with
sendmail-8.12.8-1.80,  libtiff-3.5.7-7, ghostscript-7.05-20,metamail-2.7-28
and use USR Sportster 28.8 external fax modem. 

The sendmail.cf was config:
define(`FAX_MAILER_PATH'.`/usr/binfaxmail')dnl
define(`FAX_MAILER_ARGS',`faxmail -d -n -p 12pt $u$h $f')dnl
MAILER(`fax')dnl

The FaxDispatch file:
FILETYPE=tif;
SENDTO=FaxMaster;

Fax receive and delivery through e-mail was fine but when I send fax by
e-mail, only the content of the e-mail was send and any attachment (in the
form of ps, tif, txt, jpg ...) get lost.

Can anyone tell me how to fix it
