The broken intelligence here is on the part of the modem, not HylaFAX.
The meaning, by definition, of +FHNG:10 is "Unspecified Phase A
Error". That's all HylaFAX is doing: translating the error code.
Eicon is the only party who can fix this, unfortunately. Perhaps there
is some "workaround" that could be done if you understood what triggers
the problem to occur, but the problem lies in the firmware... somwhere.
