[hylafax-users] smbfax puzzle

Dear All,

I've run into a road block.

Initially, I installed Hylafax and shared a printer via sambafax as is
described in the readme that comes with smbfax for windows users. It
worked perfectly.

I've since reinstalled the machine and hylafax (using apt-get (I'm
tracking stable)) and am getting "Access denied, unable to connect" from
my windows clients.

I've searched the archives and also googled for the error but this seems
pretty unique ... suggesting, perhaps that I've overlooked something
dreadfully obvious.

I've played with the permissions in /var/spool/lpd and checked and
rechecked the conf files in /etc/hylafax and /etc/samba as well as the
perms on /usr/local/smbfax/smbfax as advised by the readme...

I've also checked through everything listed in /usr/local/smbfax/

Here's what dpkg shows I have installed:
