[hylafax-users] Easy way to handle fax queue

This is my situation now:
a server 192.168.0.1 with hylafax 
a client  192.168.0.17 with staroffice (i can send fax easy)

is there a easy way to handle (delete fax, see if a fax has been sent o 
not ) fax queue from star office or in another simple way ? 

i've seen 
1) ksendfax but it is too difficult (for who have to send fax)
2) shell script  faxstat option -h 192.168.0.1  

but i'm looking for a easy way ... for dummies ..
