[hylafax-users] Migration from 4.1.1 and archive function

I'm running a 4.1.1 on a mitel sme server and noticed that there is a
new archive function in the 4.1.3. and further releases.
So, as I'm very interested in archiving easily sent and received faxes,
I looked for some explanations about the purpose of this archiving
function but found nothing very clear.
Could somebody explain to clearly what this archival function does, it
would be a great help.
Do migration from 4.1.1 to 4.1.5 imply to uninstal 4.1.1 and install
4.1.5 or is there an update procedure ?
