[hylafax-users] Set-up on Mac OS X...

I have hylafax installed but here is a problem.

My syslog if full of these:

Feb  6 13:55:53 jake init: getty repeating too quickly on port 
/dev/tty.modem, sleeping
Feb  6 13:56:23 jake FaxGetty[1333]: Could not open FIFO file 
FIFO.tty.modem: Permission denied.

here is my hylafax directory:

I changed the permissions on the FIFO files to see if that would make a 
difference.

also

faxstat results in:

[jake:/usr/local/bin] admin% ./faxstat
Service not available, remote server closed connection

Any ideas?
