[hylafax-users] Missing TSI on receiver's side and fax-number in faxstat

Hi,

i configured hylafax in Debian Linux. The daemon tools from DJB
are supervising faxgetty (just like in inittab). Sending and receiving
operate quite well, as far as the tif-files are concerned. My problem
is now, that on the receivers side no tagline will be printed on top, if the
sender is my hylafax application.

I tested it with 3 modems; always the same problem. There is no hint
in the logfiles ...

Then I realized, that in faxstat there is no fax-number displayed:
Modem ... (): ....
although FAXNumber: +11111111 and LocalIdentifier: "..." ist defined
in config.---

Perhaps faxgetty doesn't know its TSI and number?! That would be strange,
because sniffing on the serial line shows, that the number has been
transferred!
In addition, faxgetty reads the LocalIdentifier in the config-file, BUT NOT
the FAXNumber-variable! This can be seen in the log file ...

I'm working on that for more than 3 days now and don't know what to do
anymore.

Any suggestions?

Thx,
Nico Decker.
