Well I spent about 5 hours on it, and it was starting to irk me.
Basically, in class1 mode. it transmits the first page, and then
complains about no response to EOP.  Yes, I checked the archives about
this kind problem and tried all the suggestions, but to no
avail. Version 1.1.4 btw.

     Anyway, you can create a multi-class config file (just merge a class 1 
     and class 2 config, omitting the "ModemType" line for the class you 
     wish to *send* in).  You then use DestControls to set ModemType for the 
     class you wish to *send* in.

OK.  I'll give it a go.
