[hylafax-users] Converting into PDF and automatic forwarding

Hi ,
I just installed Hylafax onto my linux 7.2 box , and the installation went through fine as depicted on the web.
I have two problems
1. how to conver the tiff format into PDF format
2. How to automatically post the fax to a particular user?  say to my id lokeshk@ampercorp.com from where I will redistribute them to respective people.?
Please help ASAP!
