I am facing this problem as well with hylafax 4.1.5 and a USR Robotics 56K modem

sending the faxes thru the class 1 modem to fax machine giving  problem.

 

It successfully send the .tiff image but other file types like (.txt,html etc) are not reachable ,

no errors in the logs (/var/spool/hylafax/log/) or the (/var/spool/hylafax/etc/xferfaxlog) files but no fax gets printed on the fax machine though i get a initial beep while receiving .

 

PLEASE help me out (Urgently) of this ....what the problem is ?
